Liberia Equipment has a number of capabilities to offer in terms of supporting our customers at our central parts store. This helps increase our day to day efficiency and the long term value of projects involving our equipment.

With its vast in-country parts inventory, Liberia Equipment is well placed to protect customers against unexpected downtime.

Our parts branch is open 6 days a week with flexible working hours according to our customer convenience; where our customers can meet our well trained Parts Counter Engineers for any consultation in parts selection and for any advise that may reduce their owning and operating costs. Parts are stocked to support CSAs and Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARCs), customized to fit your specific needs. We also maintain on-site consignment stock facilities for major projects.

Liberia Equipment computerized parts-inventory system gives us immediate access to stock levels in our branches and from Caterpillar worldwide. Any part that can be sourced from our local network will be supplied within 24 hours from ordering. In addition, Liberia Equipment sales team regularly calls on customers to assess and meet all their requirements from spare parts.
